01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

From a place to buy.
To a place to upgrade.

The proposal explores how a technology business expanding into mobility could bring its identity and customer journeys together. Not by putting everything on one long sales page, but by giving the brand story and the practical next steps their own space.

Independent proposal, presented to the business. Not commissioned or endorsed.

02 / THE INTERFACE

The actual proposal.
Not a portfolio mockup.

Captured from the deployed proposal. Shows the swap interface before any data entry or submission. Interface evidence only, not proof of a processed transaction.

03 / BRAND & EXPERIENCE

One family.
Two distinct paths.

The brand website establishes the identity. HARDEK ONE gives customers a practical next step through catalogue navigation and structured enquiries.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Everyday technology.

Devices, swaps and bulk enquiries share a focused customer experience.

MOTORS

The next kind of move.

A related path for vehicle discovery, sourcing and trade-in enquiries, distinguished by a restrained red accent.

04 / CUSTOMER JOURNEYS

Give every intention
a clear next step.

Discover a device.

Search, category filters and product details help someone identify a device before opening a conversation.

Plan a bulk order.

Buyer type, quantity, budget, fulfilment and timing form a structured brief for review.

Find the next car.

Vehicle browsing, find-a-car and trade-in paths keep mobility distinct from the phone catalogue.

Catalogue prices, vehicles and availability are demonstration content. These interfaces do not establish verified inventory, payments or fulfilment.

05 / SWAP & UPGRADE

Five steps.
One clearer request.

Break a complicated exchange into manageable decisions. Explore the stages below.

Brand / Model / Storage / Colour

Your device

Begin with what the customer already owns. Brand, model and storage establish a useful starting point before the conversation gets more detailed.

Interactive explanation of the proposal journey. No personal data is collected and no request is submitted here.

06 / SCOPE & DISCLOSURE

A proposal.
Not an outcome claim.

The proposal also includes sign-in, account creation and a gated My Requests route. The signed-in experience and backend persistence were not independently tested.

What is shown

The brand presentation, public customer interface, five-stage swap structure, bulk form and navigation between the two divisions.

What is not claimed

A client commission, official adoption, business results, verified stock, completed sales, payment processing or backend reliability.

Independent proposal by Kali Codes, created for Hardek Telecommunications and presented to the business. This project was not commissioned and does not represent an official endorsement or partnership. Hardek’s name, logos and original brand materials remain its property. Selected brand photography was AI-enhanced for presentation, while catalogue content and some product imagery are demonstrative.
